At Apex Nail, we are proud to offer our customers free shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimums or hidden fees.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is dispatched, delivery times within the United States are typically 5-10 business days. Please note that during peak periods or carrier delays, actual delivery times may vary. These factors are outside our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Errors or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellation.

If an address issue is detected, our team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm details. If no response is received, Apex Nail reserves the right to cancel the order.

If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping information, please email hello@apexnail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after this period.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Product availability issues
  • Payment verification problems

If we encounter an issue that may affect your delivery, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve it. Apex Nail is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, Apex Nail is no longer liable for the package.

If your package is lost or stolen, please take the following steps:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Reach out to us at hello@apexnail.com so we can assist and follow up where possible

While lost or stolen shipments are not covered under our refund policy, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If a resolution cannot be reached with the carrier, you may consider filing a police report.
